Why strippers make good flippers

Yes, I was a stripper, specifically a cyber stripper and then I, um, did some other to get by while the real estate market slowed. I began working in real estate nearly ten years ago and found myself needing supplemental details. If you want the gory details, you can read all about it in my book, Secrets of a Webcam Girl.

If you are the buttoned-up type only interested in real estate, read on. Even though I have gotten naked to make money, I also was a kick-ass flipper before the market soured. Where I live in CO, the market has picked up, so much so, that people are beginning to make money flipping. Flipping is my favorite way to invest. I have rentals and I'm not too fond of dealing with tenants.

I feel that even after my stripping diversion, more than ever, I'm a great flipper:

1. My negotiation skills are better than ever. Best sales technique: wait until the client has his pants to discuss price.

2. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty.

3. When you make $120/hour, you now how to value time. Some flippers make the mistake of dragginggggg out the process. Get 'em in and get 'em out is my philosophy.

5. My bullshit meter is even sharper.

6. I made an assload of money in the sex trade and oh, have I saved.
